Description: Provides free dispute resolution services such as for separating family, neighbours, social, work place or environmental disputes and disputes within incorporated associations.

Legal Aid - Law Society - Berrima District

Description: Provides duty solicitor at Courts on court days, available to all children and to adults subject to a means test. Legal aid is also available through various local solicitors, subject to a means test.

Legal Aid Commission - NSW

Campbelltown &Wollongong

Description: Provides services for disadvantaged people. Legal advice is available to members of the public free. A means & merit test applies to cases which may be taken to court. Specialises in criminal, family and civil la w. A solicitor is available weekly to advise on civil matters and fortnightly to advise on child support for carer or liable parents.
